Leader’s Journey Program

12 month program that will leverage your ability to confidently and competently lead teams, navigate change, overcome the fear of the unknown, and be equipped to take on new challenges. Your leadership is constantly evolving which puts a greater emphasis on knowing and living your values and your purpose.

Leadership presence

Understand the way you show up to others. Your presence and preferred work style impact how you think about and carry out your work and how others respond to your leadership. Your awareness of and appreciation for your strengths and values as well as why and how you lead determines your ability to influence others. Gaining insight through reflection on your style allows you to decide what you need to change and what stays the same as you tackle uncertainty and ambiguity.

visioning and influencing

Lead through resistance to change by establishing a compelling vision. Deepen your understanding of the different responses to change and what to pay attention to and why. Determine the way forward in a complex environment where there are multiple stakeholders with varied interests and the impact of your decisions has a ripple effect for you, your team, the organization and society. Practice innovative methods to increase creativity, collaboration, and engagement as you shape culture that is better equipped to take risks, to think differently and to challenge the status quo.

Communication & execution

Engage and inspire action through playing with different ways to communicate with others. Identify strategies that will have the greatest impact on motivation and urgency. Build resilience, accountability and results-orientation with the team to strengthen performance and trust.

This program includes:

  • 24 hours of one-on-one sessions over a year, working around your schedule, to provide ongoing learning and development, accountability, and measurable growth

  • WorkStyle Alignment Inventory and debrief - to understand how you think about and carry out your work - create support the development of your awareness of the strengths of your thinking style

  • Feedback loop sessions that include your supervisor/chairperson/CEO to create ongoing milestones, mark progress, celebrate, and provide support

  • Frameworks and models to take back to the workplace to support your change initiatives

  • Curated resources materials on leadership, change management, emotional intelligence, execution, team dynamics and engagement

  • Periodic check-ins and celebration calls between sessions.

  • Goal tracking notebook
